It's WH email lists he's claiming these people are on, but didn't sign up for. I have to wonder if they weren't on a Bush list, that is just held over to the next administration. In either event, I don't care. People sign up for shit all the time without paying attention. If they write the whitehouse and give their email addy, chances are - they're put on a communications list. It's pretty easy to unsub from things.
