someone is usually a crime.

But what something might do isn't the issue unless you are one of those people who also support pre-emptive war, since what another country might do isn't the same as what some one does. That thinking leads to preventative detention, pre-emtive war, etc.

I think cars are a better example of a lack of common sense. People are killed by them every day, some body falls asleep, somebody sneezes, somebody's cola can rolls under the brake peddle, somebody gets road rage, and people are killed and maimed everyday because we as a society lack the common sense to just get rid of cars. Sure thgey can be operated safely, but daily they aren't.

OK Same rant. I feel better.
