The guy had nothing close to any sort of logical train of thought- much less an articulate answer. He just responded.

I guess these days in the states, if you're not thoroughly delusional like the woman at Specter's town hall- or like Palin, Bachmann or Virginia Foxx, then they're "intelligent."
