15. So what?
Don't know why the Republicans should care, other than the obvious loss of graft to their own pockets. I'm sure they'll say it's about putting people out of work, but their mantra has long been one of pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps. Are they now conveniently concerned about the employees who'll lose jobs??
