Hey, Sarah...how about the millions of Americans with NO HEALTH CARE? This is happening RIGHT NOW! You talk about rationing care, but what about the millions who are CUT OFF COMPLETELY? Do they not matter?

And another thing, the "death panel" thing has been debunked over and over again as a lie. I guess this is another one of your "thanks but no thanks on that bridge to nowhere" stories that you use to obfuscate the truth. Or do you even know what the truth is?

The people of Alaska are better off without you. America is better off without you as VP. Go the fuck away and shut the hell up. You are a poor example for others. You are a liar. You are an adulterer. You do not practice what you preach.

In short, and as nicely as possible, you are a hypocrite. We have enough of them in public service, we don't need any more.
