Numerous times, as I recall. Do you realize what happens if he doesn't get it? The Republicans will spend 2010 calling him a failure who can't get anything done, so vote for them.

We are not going to get another chance for a long time to start reforming this system, and a few pennies tossed out by a majority party afraid of a minority party won't do it.
