Health care is not for the poor, ill, older, employed, undereducated (in a multi-tier educational system), non-Christian, brown skinned, or available on a fair basis. To insure this occurs, health insurance reform (rather than health care reform) that reduces access to health care for the "unchosen" and transfer of wealth without risk as entitlement to insurers and the medical establishment. So Sarah Palin is free to confabulate whatever she wants because the end justifies the means.

Sadly, the humane and enlightened option -- public health care with a private option -- is not on the table from any source.
