Mike Sola, of Milan, interrupted the congressman repeatedly as he pushed his son, Scott, in a wheelchair, to the podium.

One wonders if Scott has speech. If he does, why the hell wouldn't he go up there and speak his own mind? I went to a town hall with Neil Abercrombie (D-HI01) last month (minus the RW histrionics) and a woman who uses a wheelchair was in line to do just that (they cut her off because they had to leave the auditorium).
