As for shariah being a necessary cultural more that we must stay out of. Really. You can say the same about any sort of damage. SLAVERY for example. It was a cultural more to allow a plantation owner to brand, beat, incarcerate, sell, starve, and even sell the children of his slaves. Cultural, and yes, a danger to peace, but it MUST be brought into the light and dealt with. And it was. Same with Shariah. It MUST be dealt with.
