Women always lose, even if the dispute is over nothing more than who gets what share of an estate. The same goes for Jewish and Catholic tribunal systems as well. It's just a lazy way out for countries with large minority religious populations to wash their hands of the silly immigrants with their backward fundie ways. We fight against our own fundies, why should we accept the misogynist ideals of other fundie communities moving in to replace them?
