I also try not to be a dick to other people doing the job I want them to do.

The job I want the cops to do is catch the badguys, put them in jail. I would also like them to not end up dead or crippled as a result of trying so very hard to not hurt anybodys little feelings. If that means they will be aggressive with all unknowns, fine with me. I am not the guy who is going to scream at them, spit on them, call them pigs, stab them, shoot them, or drive over them.
I've seen the video on how not to get your ass kicked by the police.
