3. It is already socialized for the wealthy
Taxpayers fund alot of medical research. The results of that research will serve those with insurance, or rather adequate insurance, which is a shrinking pool of people.

Pharmaceuticals are said to be higher in the US because we have to help pay for their research through every prescription we buy. Again - those discoveries will not be available to all who are chipping in.

What a racket.
