The criteria for who gets what is decided by objective panels and cross-the-board policies, not individual doctors. Otherwise, the richest would be able to buy new organs, while the poorest would be pretty much fecked over, every time. Your attempt to tie Obama's name to organ transplant policies and provisions that have been in place for decades is ludicrous.

This dude did have excellent health care throughout his illness. He was hospitalized for two months. Had he been sent home to die, he would've passed a lot sooner.
