After I got to work, I called the cops because the poor goat was alive hanging by one hind foot from a tree and thrashing around. The people hadn't done whatever they were going to do yet. The officers checked it out and called me back saying it was a religious ritual so there was nothing they could do. That was the first time I'd ever heard of such a thing.
