I love how supportive you all have been. To you that is total sarcasm. I just sent a nice note to Havoc Mom because she made me think about something.

I have some issues I need to work out, I've been to therapy, I spent time in an ALCOA and a CODA group, and I've worked hard to try to sort out those fucking issues. I think Havoc Mom made me think about it and I've figured out what the issue was.

I think for one reason or another or maybe because I downplayed it in those sessions I focused on the wrong things.

My brother had autism. I think that is where I should be focusing on and the behaviors I learned to deal with that.
