16. Except in a few cases of Inherited wealth, the rich have become rich
with assistance from the government.Policies.

Most policies favor or give deference to the rich in this country.
Tax cuts invariably favor the rich.

Trade Policies are written in such a way as to protect Business
over citizen.

We have and have a history of very low minimum wage so as not
to hurt business.

The list goes on you can name many, I am sure.

We do not require a living wage.

One could say most of the rich have gotten that way on the backs
of middle class and the poor. Now that the country is is in dire
straits; and much of the crisis was caused by the greediest among us,
it is only fitting that the Rich be asked to contribute to the Health
Care Needs of those who often worked for low pay and very few if any
benefits.

It boils down to what kind of country do want??? Banana Republic
or thriving Democracy. There are times when we all pitch in to
make the country whole, once again.
