So you could walk over somebody laying on the ground with a broken leg, huh?

Maybe fire and emergency rescue are the same to you.

I don't care what else... we could AT LEAST have basic neighborhood medical clinics available to all... and yes, with paid doctors and other professionals on staff. Everybody should be able to get regular check ups, and basic medical treatment. Period. No excuses are valid on that. It's public health. And yes, a basic human right. So is minimum subsistence. Nobody should starve to death today. Nobody. And nobody should be homeless either. That word wasn't even in common usage until Reagan. It doesn't have to be this way.
