Which they had every right to do under the law and as was ruled by the other judges who saw this case. I know damn well you're not about to tell me that a man who had scored well on a previous test is so stupid he couldn't score well on the new one. In addition I know damn well you're not about to tell me that white men are so much more intellectually superior that the reason for the racial disparities in the tests results were merely because of a defect in the other racial groups taking this test. Are you?
