This time, he's looking at time in Federal PMITA prison - he made those threats against three federal judges in Chicago. It also means that the crime was committed in Patrick Fitzgerald's turf. Given his very recent history of similar crimes, I'd say he's in a huge heap of trouble...

He posted their photos, their work addresses, phone numbers, and said "Let me be the first to say this plainly; These judges deserve to be killed."
