30. Oh yeah...
Except that he didn't really reverse all of the damage of the Reagan-Bush years. In some cases he forwarded a their agenda:

NAFTA- check
"Ending Welfare as we know it" - Check
Telecommunications bill- check.

Clinton did not reverse 12 years of republican "damage" in four years or even in eight years. He may have made some subtle moves on an issue or two but it wasn't anything baby- Bush couldn't sink in his first 100 days.
