5. Monopolies aren't illegal in America
Illegal only if they restrict competition to maintain their monopoly; and I would say that the way the private health care industries are trying to restrict the entry of a public option into the marketplace, the health insurance companies are showing evidence of predatory monopolistic practices, and should be ruthlessly broken up and regulated.
