His office takes people without insurance and is good about it, too. Heck, Hubby often sees people at church for free just 'cause he doesn't have the heart to make them come to the office.

This is scary stuff. You need to see a good doctor, and we all know that too many ER docs are more trauma docs than primary care docs. They'd rather be getting a gunshot victim stabilized than figuring out your problems.
