phones much cheaper for consumers and put more pressure on carriers to have competitive prices. I know so many people who switch carriers simply for better phones. Doing away with that practice will shake up the industry for sure. At first glance, Kerry's involvement might seem petty; but if he is successful, he will really reduce the price of phones and service in general.
