In the first place, starting your post with such an idiotic and uninformed statement puts you squarely in the class of irrational. Barack Obama had NO input into, nor power of approval over, this brief.

As far as the rest of this, the brief is merely citing examples of other marriages that are legal in some jurisdictions, but not in others. That is the only thing that is being claimed in common between those cases and same-sex marriages. I'm sorry if you can't even comprehend that simple level of legal reasoning, but maybe you should try before you make such a fool of yourself again.

Hyperventilate all you want if it makes you feel better, but it won't change the facts.
