48. Obama never showed leadership before
he became President, I didn't expect him to show leadership afterward. There are many things he could change and hasn't. Mostly he has gone along with what was. I had hoped he would have shifted even 10% to the left, (only because the DU supporters said he was so progressive) but that hope has dimmed. He has always taken the go along to get along route in his career. His status as President doesn't seem to have changed that outlook.

With his poll numbers, he should have been able to ram through just about anything he wanted. Hell, Bush was able to do it when his numbers were in the basement. I knew I would be disappointed, but I didn't know how bad it would be.

And, before his apologists come in and tell us how hard it is to herd dems, I say, a true leader would know how to do it.
