..and not understanding the concept of the 1st Amendment.
In 1986 Biafra was arrested for "distributing harmful matter to minors" for including the picture "Penis Landscape" by world famous artist H.R. Geiger in the Dead Kennedys album Frankenchrist. Jello argued it fell under the protection of the 1st Admendment, and the case was eventually dismissed after a hung jury (no pun intended). If Jello were dead he'd be rolling in his grave. Because he's still kicking, I bet he'd just get a good laugh at the irony.  |
