The "favorable" ratings went in these quantities:

80% - Edwards
69% - Gore
69% - Obama
64% - Clinton
34% - Clark (Yay, we're beating Biden!)
30% - Biden
27% - Richardson
22% - Kucinich
21% - Dodd
14% - Sharpton
04% - Gravel


The "unfavorable" ratings went in these quantities:

62% - Sharpton
30% - Kucinich
29% - Clark (Yay, we're beating Biden again!)
27% - Biden
25% - Dodd
24% - Clinton
21% - Gore

10% - Obama

The "neutral" ratings (I'm wonder if this is the real growth territory demarker):
