28. Good lord.
1. The "ashes" of the victims. That is hyperbole of the first order. Nobody knowingly took human ashes and recycled them for filling potholes. They're using the general rubble from the towers. Is this inappropriate use considering that people were lost in those buildings? Sure, but let's not take it to the point of ridiculous. (If Olbermann actually said that, he has really lost a notch in my view.)

2. Air pollution. Put that square in the lap of Bush and his cronies. If you recall, Hillary Clinton fought long and loud for the US EPA to quit declaring that the air was safe when everyone knew it was bullshit.

You can dislike Giuliani all you want, and I won't defend him. But try to find reasons that actually have some relevance to him.
