113. Where do I start? I know. We agree. Is that Okay?
Except for the part where you don't seem to understand what I'm writing.

"Additionally, presently, there is a lot of care expenses written off by physicians, surgeons and some hospitals. That'll be billed under single payer."

What I was saying was that at present some doctors and hospitals perform health care services for free, gratis, pro-bono, charity. When there is a single payer system they will have someone to bill for that service and I think they will bill it at the rate allowed by the new plan. Would they arbitrarily not invoice the government for some of their bills when they had a certainty of being paid? Of course not. In that sense this would be "additional health care costs" not already absorbed by the current system.

The rest of your missive is preaching to the choir. I'm all about single payer. I'm sold on it. Hubris me not, I'm on your side. But the "Please do your homework before presenting statements as fact" thing........maybe a bit too much. I do try to be clear. Pitiful effort I'm sure. Perhaps it was the term "written off". In my business it means: written off, as a bad debt, my loss, gratis, non-compensable, etc.
