I think a lot of people get that wrong. The first ammendment just says "congress shall pass not laws". It doesn't stop your employer or anyone else from infringing on those rights. The Supreme Court and even congress can still take measures to limit it.

Even so, Servin is not so concillitory to the left having free speech. He believes that should be forced off the airwaves and not allowed a word.

Guy just fell on his own sword.
