Reagan is the PR president....the fake leader while GOP operatives do the real work behind the scenes. Reagan....the distraction. And he was good. He was after all an actor. (I thought the GOP hated Hollywood actors....but then they worship one)
Bush was PR president 2.0. But with typical GOP hubris, they didn't even bother too much to cover the fact others were really in charge. Others whom no one voted for. And they had to go to "plan B" involving the stealing of the election using the Supremes because they almost fucked that up. But after Clinton won a 2nd term, there was no choice.
