44. The current bill was a statement...
I am sure that NO dem in congress ever expected that it would become law... In addition, the deadline was advisory, not manditory... It was passed for political reasons because the mid-terms said people wanted an end to the madness... Congress really has no authority to end the madness but they thought they could make a statement, and they did.

Like it or not (me=not) bunnypants is CIC and is the deciderer. Congress holds the purse strings but if you pull the strings into a noose around the troops you will do the same double to yourself....

get real all...
