7. We do want the same thing. We want Obama to succeed,
we want our country back on its feet, we want the torture to stop and for people to face consequences. All of that.

The thing is, if you ever got to know someone, like Sami al Haj, for example, it would be very hard to say give it another year or two.

Sami al Haj was just a cameraman who got caught up in a sweep and no one cared. He was in Gitmo for years and nearly died there more than once.

When you follow this issue and get to know people like Sami al Haj, you don't feel so free with time any more because there's a name and a face on it.
