Even the absence of a belief system is a belief system. If you believe you don't believe, you're still believing something. That's Zen 101.
But if your belief system is not fundamentalist, then I'm not talking about you.
If you come from a standpoint of true non-belief, then you're not weighing in and proclaiming that you, as Dawkins, have the answers to everything. Fundamentalist atheists absolutely have a fundamental belief system, if you come from the perspective that science has answered the *fundaments* of all of existence, everything is explicable and there is no place for other perspectives. That's every bit as fundamentalist, authoritarian and Old Testament-like a "god" as any far-right fundie Christian's.
