22. Yep, I used to work on them repeatedly.
One of the biggest failures ever created by Ford. Turbocharged 2.3 litre 4 banger. Turbo's starved of oil. Blown head gaskets. Piston rings eaten alive. Sloppy transmissions. In other words, junk... I did see one at an Autozone store last weekend. The poor kid who owned it was dumping about three quarts of oil in it, and it looked like one of the front wheels was about to fall off.
