The biggest concern is that with a bankruptcy, the judge will tear up the union contracts, though on the bright side, after that's done and GM's done with bankruptcy restructuring, the unions won't have that hanging over their heads, and they'll be able to fight back.

Correct me if I'm wrong on this. I am genuinely curious as to the effects this will have on the unions.

Yeah, and Wagoner did need to go. Excellent use of a Force Choke, Darth Obama!
