is not an endorsement of dishonesty. Christ is saying that bad, exclusively worldly people are purposeful and single-minded about their goals, but Christians tend to be half-hearted about theirs.

Hence all the wingeing by some of the more looopy atheists on this thread about the gap between what Christ taught and the all too fallible attitudes towards this World of us, his followers. As if Nancy hadn't repeatedly made it clear that there's a lot of the latter that turns her off! More polite than me, she didn't say, shut your your mouth, in anticipation of the puerile drivel of her wingeing, young critics on here. She said whatever other criticims you may have about the Christian Church and its history, I find Christ's actual teachings awesome.
