263. Yes, and that is very interesting.
There is this kind of grass roots movement of communities reconnecting to each other, building local economies etc. Obama fostered this by telling people to meet their neighbours and so forth. Yet Republicans seem to perceive a divide between this local culture movement and centralized government programs, which could be exploited by presenting themselves as proponents of "decentralized regulation" or something. I hope Obama stays mindful the local grassroots side of things, because its an important part of the future, and I think Republicans can see that.
