there is a house i was looking to buy a few years ago. I choose not to because I knew it was just out of my budget. But sometimes I think I should have bought it and been irresponsible and claim predatory lending like so many others. At least I would have the house I wanted even if I could not afford it. I knew it wasn't the right thing to do then, but now with all the bailout dollars being given out, I think I messed up!
