For example, it was just revealed that she works in a fertility clinic.

Did her own clinic treat her? And, if so, assuming they knew of her situation (single mother of six) was it right of them to give her treatments that could (and did) lead to so many children?

Or, even more frightening, did she somehow treat herself? And, if so, are we going to have to look more closely at how fertility clinics are run?
