The Repugs will make a huge stink but hey, they were gung-ho for it in 2005. Not that that'll stop them. (Remember the 'Minority Bill of Rights' that they refused to pass when Pelosi proposed it in 2004, but then tried to propose almost the exact same thing not days after they lost in 2006?)
