I'm guessing he's a white man. His bio says he came to Alaska in 1969. Whatever his race, it would seem that he's lived here long enough that he SHOULD know that the Alaskan way is to help your neighbors who are in trouble. I came here in 1975, and I know that much. He seems particularly mean-spirited for someone who's supposed to be a volunteer EMT and firefighter.
