38. I understand completely that what you say is the case. One thing, though:
I am constantly amazed to learn how well-off some undocumented workers can become. In articles describing various raids on them, there is talk of how they have property and maybe even businesses. I read of this case where a man snuck into the country (using a coyote costing thousands of dollars), was caught (and was given representation from family costing thousands), got deported, and came BACK with another coyote costing thousands...I think he crashed a car or something. He may have died or killed someone. The point is, that money would be way better spent sending it home to Mexico and building property/buying farmland in order to go back in the near future. Stealing identities is probably one of the most common crimes these days and it's not victimless. I think if you are gonna break the rules, you should do everything you can not to take too many resources (like having kids while here), and go home as soon as it's feasible.
