Obama is not a hopeless nitwit. All of these appointees have been vetted by his staff, too. This is HIS State Department, after all. The SECSTATE works for HIM. She takes direction...from HIM.
Obama cannot be both a DECISIVE LEADER and a VICTIM of The Evil Mrs. Clenis.
He's either the boss, or he's not.
Which is it?
I vote for BOSS. I don't think Obama is stupid, helples, or being gamed. To suggest it insults him. And the Clinton hatred here really needs to fucking cease.
