3. The other day shopping the cashier told a customer Happy Holidays & she started bitching

I was right behind her in line. She went on and on at him about how terrible it was he "had" to say Happy Holidays because Merry Christmas "might offend someone." Then she leaves, saying in an oddly bitter voice, "Well Merry Christmas and Happy New Year."

And as she turned to leave, I told her "Ma'am, I deeply offended by you saying 'Happy New Year'."

She laughed and assumed I was laughing with her. But at least I put a smile on her face. That's more than Fox News can say.
