14. Hmmm. Who was it, while pimping for the oil companies, that made the horrendous
decisions to keep making huge, gas guzzling cars for YEARS after it was obvious that people were willing, and even anxious, to buy the smaller more economical cars, and all the while gasoline was getting more and more expensive. Was that the unions? I don't THINK so!!!

It is so ironic that the repukes call the Democrats elitist..when to a person, they are all so condescending about the workers in this country. They are all so much more in the pockets of the corporate bigwigs than the Dems. The repukes do not even make a pretense to care about labor...except when they lie thru their teeth during campaigns. Those campaigns are aimed more at divisiveness then actually trying to do something for the blue-collar worker.
