21. Is there any way to get assigned to inner-city tracts?

The census always, always undercounts the population of large cities, resulting in underfunding of Federal programs that are based on census counts.

Another area to consider is redistricting: it's doubly important for people in swing states to do this, regardless of what part of the state it is.

Finally, (the following is a paid commercial announcement :-) ), there's New Orleans. Even three years on from the Federal Flood, no one has much of an idea how many people actually live there. Even a fair count would put them in danger of losing the Second CD (but it's now occupied by a repuke pipsqueak, so maybe that's not important anyway); an undercount (more than the usual, that is) would seriously jeopardize their efforts at recovery.

edit: educated guesses on NOLA's current population range from 220,000 to 300,000; the pre-K population was around 460,000.
