Replacements for the allies at the top who are protecting her.

When they do, you and your people have to get together as a group (or as individuals, but you each have to know the others are doing the same thing), ask for a safe place to speak your mind, then tell those people or that person everything she's done. If said person or people are wise, they will see what she's like, and she will not last much longer.

The best thing is if this happens before she gets a chance to kick you out. In the meantime, all you can do is hang together and make the best of it. And treat every day she's out on vacation like a special, blessed holiday, because that's what it is. You may have to work, but at least you don't have to work with HER there. And when you work for that kind of boss, any day she's out is llike a vacation.
