But the GOP in Illinois is perhaps the most inept, bumbling, Keystone Cops political party in the country.

You've got to understand: this isn't really news to people in Illinois. We may not have known the exact details, but *everyone* knew Blago was corrupt the last time he ran, and the GOP couldn't do a thing with it.
