This blind faith in whatever a bush appointee says is difficult to fathom. Some here simply cannot get it through their heads that much of what they see in the bush Justice department is nothing but politically orchestrated hit jobs.
The governor may be dirty, but it is a safe bet so are most of the GOP governors that are sitting right now. This one was targeted, just like Rezco was targeted. They're trying to get cases going that can be used to dig at Obama, to try to get someone, anyone, to make allegations against him.
We've seen this all before. The GHWB hacks did the same thing.
At best, Patrick Fitzgerald is a useful idiot to the Bush machine. At worst, he's their errand boy.
